The number of records in the SignerKey arrays.

This property controls the size of the following arrays:

• SignerKeyEncoded
• SignerKeyKeyring
• SignerKeyUserId

The array indices start at 0 and end at SignerKeyCount - 1.

This property is not available at design time.
