The hex-encoded, 4-byte key Id.

def get_key_id() -> str: ...

key_id = property(get_key_id, None)

The hex-encoded, 4-byte key Id. It is same as last 4 bytes of key_fingerprint.

This is in the form:

89C9D7B1

The KeyIdLength setting may be set to a value of 8 to return the last 8 bytes instead of the last 4 bytes.
