Content disposition for each part.

The value in this property is used in the Content-Disposition header. Typical values include "form-data", "attachment" etc. The component fills it out each time the PartDecodedFile is changed. Changing the PartContentDisposition recalculates the PartHeaders as well.

The PartIdx parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the PartCount property.

This property is not available at design time.
