SaveCertificate Method

This method saves the currently selected public certificate to a file.

Syntax

ANSI (Cross Platform)
int SaveCertificate(const char* lpszFileName);

Unicode (Windows)
INT SaveCertificate(LPCWSTR lpszFileName);
- (void)saveCertificate:(NSString*)fileName;
#define MID_CERTMGR_SAVECERTIFICATE 19

IPWORKSSSH_EXTERNAL int IPWORKSSSH_CALL IPWorksSSH_CertMgr_Do(void *lpObj, int methid, int cparam, void *param[], int cbparam[], int64 *lpllVal);

Remarks

Note: This method is present for backwards compatibility. It is recommended to use ExportCertificate to export both public and private certificates and keys.

This method saves the public certificate of the currently selected certificate in PEM (Base64) format to the location specified by the FileName parameter.

If the destination file exists it is overwritten.

Error Handling (C++)

This method returns a result code; 0 indicates success, while a non-zero error code indicates that this method encountered an error during its execution. If an error occurs, the GetLastError() method can be called to retrieve the associated error message. (Note: This method's result code can also be obtained by calling the GetLastErrorCode() method after it returns.)
