The most recently cached value of this characteristic.

To read the characteristic's value directly from the remote server, use ReadValue.

The CharacteristicIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the CharacteristicCount property.

To read or write binary data to the property, a Variant (Byte Array) version is provided in .CharacteristicCachedValueB.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
