An identification string which uniquely identifies this instance of this service.

This identification string is guaranteed to be unchanged while the control remains connected to the device.

The ServiceIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the ServiceCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
