The exponent of this characteristic's value, for applicable value formats.
For an applicable CharacteristicValueFormat, this signed integer should be used as an exponent in the following formula in order to determine the actual value of the characteristic: [Value] * 10^[Exponent].
The CharacteristicIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the CharacteristicCount property.
This property is read-only and not available at design time.
