This property indicates whether a group in a newsgroup listing allows postings or articles.

This property indicates whether a group in a newsgroup listing allows postings or articles.

The GroupListIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the GroupListCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
