Whether the channel is ready to send a message.

Remarks

Whether the channel is ready to send a message.

This property reflects whether the channel is currently ready to send a message or not.

The ChannelIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the ChannelCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
