WriteFile Method

Write an Atom feed from the control.

Syntax

atomcontrol.WriteFile Filename

Remarks

This method will write an Atom feed from the existing property values to Filename. The Atom feed will be pre-verified and if any missing required fields are encountered, the control fails with an error.

Example (Add an Item and Write)


AtomControl.EntryCount = 1
AtomControl.EntryContent(0) = "New Item Description"
AtomControl.EntryLinkHref(0) = "http://itemurl"
AtomControl.WriteFile(filename)
