CurrentGroup Property

The name of the current group.

Syntax

nntpcontrol.CurrentGroup[=string]

Remarks

This property contains the name of the current group. When this property is set to a valid group name, the control sends an NNTP GROUP command to the NewsServer and enters the specified group. If the command is successful, FirstArticle, LastArticle, and ArticleCount are set to the reported values for the group. This property is then used for all references to articles (until changed to another group).
