GetURL Method

Fetches an RSS feed.

Syntax

rsscontrol.GetURL URL

Remarks

This method fetches the document using the HTTP GET method. The document contents are delivered in the RSSData property, as well as through the Transfer event, and the HTTP response headers through the Header event. If the LocalFile property has been set, the control will write the transferred data there.

The control will not parse the data returned by the server. For more control over the retrieval of the item link, please use the HTTP control.
