The content type attribute, if any, for each part.

Remarks
The content type attribute, if any, for each part. Setting this recalculates the PartHeaders as well.
The PartIdx parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the PartCount property.
This property is not available at design time.
