adapter_uses_wins Property

Shows whether or not the adapter identified by AdapterIndex uses WINS.

Remarks

This property indicates whether or not the adapter identified by adapter_index uses WINS. Windows Internet Name Service (WINS) is a name resolution service which is used to resolve Windows network hostnames to IP addresses.

NOTE: This functionality is only available in Windows.
