LocalPort Property

The UDP port in the local host where the component listens.

Remarks

This property must be set before the component can start listening. If its value is 0 (default), then the system picks a port number at random. The port number can be found by checking the value of this property after the component is listening (ie. after successfully assigning True to the Listening property).

The service port is not shared among servers so two components cannot be listening on the same port at the same time.
