CompressionMethod Property

The compression method to use.

Syntax

property CompressionMethod: TipzCompressionMethods read get_CompressionMethod write set_CompressionMethod;

TipzCompressionMethods = (
  cmDeflate,
  cmPPMd,
  cmBzip2
);

Default Value

cmDeflate

Remarks

This property specifies the compression method to use. By default the component uses the Deflate compression method (a value of 0). Supported values are:

  • 0 (cmDeflate - default)
  • 1 (cmPPMd)
  • 2 (cmBzip2)
