This property controls the size of the following arrays:

• PackagePropertyDataType
• PackagePropertyName
• PackagePropertyNamespace
• PackagePropertyPropId
• PackagePropertyPropSet
• PackagePropertyValue

The array indices start at 0 and end at PackagePropertyCount - 1.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
