Overwrite Parameter (Protect-Data Cmdlet)

Whether to overwrite the output file.

Syntax

Protect-Data -Overwrite SwitchParameter

Remarks

This parameter indicates whether the cmdlet will overwrite the output file. If Overwrite is False (default), an error will be thrown when OutputFile exists. The default value is False.
