UseHex Parameter (Protect-Data Cmdlet)
Whether input or output is hex encoded.
Syntax
Protect-Data -UseHex SwitchParameter
Remarks
This parameter specifies whether data is hex encoded.
When encrypting if this is True the output is hex encoded. When decrypting if this is True the input is first hex decoded before processing.
