LocalFile Parameter (Send-FTP Cmdlet)
The local file to upload.

Send-FTP -LocalFile string
Remarks
LocalFile contains the path of the filename on your machine that is to be uploaded to the Server. RemoteFile specifies the path and filename that LocalFile will be saved to on the Server.
