Server Settings

The Server Settings tab is used to configure the listening port, server banner, server key/certificate, and SSH tunnel support.

Below are the available options for this tab:

  • SSH Port: The port on which the server accepts incoming SSH connections.
  • Enable SSH Tunnel Support: Whether SSH tunnels are currently enabled.
  • Enable SSH Reverse Tunnel Support: Whether SSH reverse tunnels are currently enabled.
  • Login Banner: The banner presented to connecting clients.
  • Server Key: The host key used to identify the server; the Select Certificate/Key option should be used to select a key.

The server can use certificates stored in the User/Machine certificate stores in Windows as well as certificates stored in .PFX, .PEM, or .PPK files.

By default a test certificate is already configured. Before moving to production it is strongly recommended that you replace this test certificate.
