GetClientBuffer Method

Acquires a piece of operation data.

Syntax

QByteArray GetClientBuffer(qint64 lConnectionID, const QString& qsHandle);

Remarks

Use this method to obtain a piece of data relevant to a transfer operation in a thread-safe way.

A typical place to call this method is inside the WriteFile event handler, when implementingcustomized file transfers.

Error Handling

This method returns a Byte Array value; after it returns, call the GetLastErrorCode() method to obtain its result code; 0 indicates success, while a non-zero error code indicates that this method encountered an error during its execution. If an error occurs, the GetLastError() method can be called to retrieve the associated error message.
