Contains identifiers (OIDs) of the applicable certificate policies.

The Certificate Policies extension identifies a sequence of policies under which the certificate has been issued, and which regulate its usage.

The $selectedcertindex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the SelectedCertCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
