Indicates the RDN of the issuer of this response (a CA or its authorized representative).

Indicates the RDN of the issuer of this response (a CA or its authorized representative).

The used_ocsp_index parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the used_ocsp_count property.
