Directory - specifies the new directory.
ErrorCode - return the filesystem error using this parameter.
pcDirectory - specifies the new directory.
szDirectory - the length of pcDirectory.

Description

This event is fired by TElFTPSServer when client attempts to change working directory. Use parameter ErrorCode to specify whether the request has succeeded.
