Directory - specifies the new directory name.
ErrorCode - return the filesystem error using this parameter.
pcDirectory - specifies the new directory name.
szDirectory - the length of pcDirectory.

Description

This event is fired by TElFTPSServer when client attempts to make a new directory on the server. Use parameter ErrorCode to specify whether the request has succeeded.
