TElFullPKIResponse represents a server's answer to the TElFullPKIRequest.

Description

When a server processes a Full PKI Request, it returns a PKI Response. There are two types of PKI Responses:

• Simple PKI Response is returned if the enrollment was succesful, and contains only certificates.
• Full PKI Response, returned on the successful enrollment, may contain additional information; it is also returned if the enrollment is pending or the enrollment has failed.
