TElPDFPublicKeySecurityHandler is a descendant of TElPDFSecurityHandler.
This is a base class for TElPDFAdvancedPublicKeySecurityHandler

Description

Security handler that implements document encryption and signing using public key. It uses X.509 certificates for RSA encryption and signing.
This security handler also supports timestamping and timestamp verification via

TSPClient and

Timestamps properties.
