This class is a descendant of TElSAMLElement.

Description

This class represents encrypted elements of other classes such as TElSAMLEncryptedIDElement or TElSAMLEncryptedAssertionElement. Encryption is performed in accordance with the XML Encryption Syntax and Processing specification (XMLEnc).
