TElSMTPClient.OnDSNOptions

This event is fired when the SMTP client needs DSN options for the specific recepient.

RcptTo - specifies the recepient.
Options - contains DSN options.
pcRcptTo - specifies the recepient.
szRcptTo - the length of pcRcptTo.
