TElXMLAlgorithmParameters is a descendant of TElXMLCustomElement class.

Description

This is a base class for all XML algorithm parameter containers. Do not instantiate this class directly, use one of its descendants instead: TElXMLGOSTR3411Parameters, TElXMLRSAPSSParameters.
