Setup Redirect binding

To use Redirect binding with TElSAMLIdentityProvider, add the TSBSAMLBindingType.sbtRedirect option to one or more of the following properties: SingleLogoutServiceBindings, SingleSignOnServiceBindings, and ArtifactResolutionServiceBindings, depending on the specific usage scenario. The value can be also added to This value can be also assigned to PrefferedSingleSignOnResponseBinding and/or PrefferedSingleLogoutResponseBinding properties. They are invoked when the default binding to be used by the IdP is not specified in the SP metadata file.
