WebDAV: Get the list of properties, searchable when looking for a principal (user)
RFC 3744 in section 9.5 defines DAV:principal-search-property-set operation, that retrieves a set of properties, in which the search is performed when you search for a principal. TElWebDAVClient.PrincipalSearchPropertySet() method requests such reports and returns a set of searchable properties via its Properties parameter.
