acctExact = 1	acctExact	acctExact = 1	the resulting authentication context must be the exact match of at least one of the authentication contexts specified.
acctMinimum = 2	acctMinimum	acctMinimum = 2	the resulting authentication context must be at least as strong (as deemed by the responder) as one of the authentication contexts specified.
acctMaximum = 3	acctMaximum	acctMaximum = 3	then the resulting authentication context must be as strong as possible (as deemed by the responder), but not exceed the strength of at least one of the authentication contexts specified.
