Applicable rate scale for the ServiceType.

The ServiceRateScale indicates the rate scale (this is specific to the FedExAccountNumber) used by FedEx to rate a shipment when shipped via the ServiceType. This is applicable for FedEx Express services only.

The size of the array is controlled by the ServiceCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
