Applicable rate zone for the ServiceType.

The ServiceRateZone indicates the zone used by FedEx to rate a shipment (this is specific to the RecipientZipCode) when using a FedEx Express service. This is applicable for FedEx Express services only.

The size of the array is controlled by the ServiceCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
