PackageReturnReceiptFile Property

 canadapostship.getPackageReturnReceiptFile(index, [callback])
 canadapostship.setPackageReturnReceiptFile(index,  packageReturnReceiptFile, [callback])

Callback

The 'callback' parameter specifies a function which will be called when the operation completes (or an error is encountered). If the 'callback' parameter is not specified, then the method will block and will not return until the operation completes (or an error is encountered).

The callback for the getPackageReturnReceiptFile([callback]) method is defined as:

function(err, data){ }

'err' is the error that occurred. If there was no error, then 'err' is 'null'.

'data' is the value returned by the method.

The callback for the setPackageReturnReceiptFile([callback]) method is defined as:

function(err){ }

'err' is the error that occurred. If there was no error, then 'err' is 'null'.

'err' has 2 properties which hold detailed information:

err.code
err.message

Remarks

Filename and location to save the PackageReturnReceipt of this package to. This is applicable only if using UPS.

When the PackageReturnReceiptFile is set to a valid path and filename, the contents of the PackageReturnReceipt are written to disk upon successful response (if a return shipment).

The PackageReturnReceiptFile has to have .html extension.

Note: When using UPS, the HTML file references a 'page 2', this is the HTML page containing the return label. You can print this page by using the ShippingLabelHTMLDirectory and PackageShippingLabelFileHTML[i]; configuration settings.

The size of the array is controlled by the PackageCount property.

This property is not available at design time.
