Introduction
Welcome to Cloud Mail, a suite of easy-to-use mail management components. Quickly and securely send, receive and manage mail using popular cloud services such as Microsoft 365 (Outlook), Amazon SES, and Gmail.
lib\net40\nsoftware.CloudMail.dll is designed for use in .NET Framework 4.0 and up. This library maintains a familiar API in line with previous versions of the product.

lib\net6.0\nsoftware.CloudMail.dll is designed for use in .NET 6 and up. The .NET 6 library provides cross-platform support while maintaining the same API as the .NET Framework version of the library.
Support for asynchronous programming patterns (async/await) is exposed in a separate nsoftware.async.CloudMail namespace. See the Async Functionality page for details.
lib\netstandard2.0\nsoftware.CloudMail.dll is designed for use in .NET Standard 2.0 and up. The .NET Standard library provides cross-platform support for legacy projects.
