DeleteFile Method

Remove a file specified by FileName from an SFTP server.

Syntax

public void DeleteFile(string fileName);

Remarks

The remote file or directory specified by FileName is deleted. FileName is either an absolute path on the server, or a path relative to RemotePath.

If there is no SSH session in place, one is automatically created by first.

NOTE: This method has a corresponding asynchronous version (DeleteFileAsync) for use in the WinRT environment.
