MessageAttachmentFile Property
This property contains the local file name associated with the attachment.

This field contains the local file name associated with the attachment.
The MessageAttachmentIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the MessageAttachmentCount property.
This property is not available at design time.
