Profiles
SFTP Net Drive saves your login credentials, server information, and connection configuration in profiles for convenient access. When you first install and open SFTP Net Drive, you will have a "(unnamed)" default profile. Any setting you make under this profile will be saved. You can also rename this profile and create new one.
The settings for each profile are stored in files which can be found at %APPDATA%\SftpNetDrive\<profilename>.cfg.
Creating New Profiles
- Select < New Profile... > from the Profile: drop-down menu.
- Enter a profile name and server address. If you need to specify port number, do so in the server path.
- Click OK. Your profile is saved and you can continue entering connection information. This information is automatically saved.
Editing Profiles
- Select the profile from the Profile: drop-down menu.
- Click the Advanced... button to open the Advanced Settings window (see Advanced Settings to learn more about this window).
- Make desired changes and click OK. Your profile is saved and you continue entering connection information. This information is automatically saved.
Deleting Profiles
- Select the profile from the Profile: drop-down menu.
- Click the Advanced... button to open the Advanced Settings window.
- Click the Delete button and confirm your action.
