Resumes previously established session.

Description

Use this method instead of Open to resume the previosly established session. Resuming a session is much faster than full establishing of new one. it is a good idea to use it in HTTPS clients, where you have to download many files (and so, establish many sessions) to the same host.

You can call Resume in the following cases:

TElSSLClient successfully closed the previous session. Note that in this case the server should keep session parameters for some time.
