Parameters

Signer - component which will be used to produce the counter signature. TElXMLProcessor class incapsulates common functionality for the following classes: TElXMLSigner, TElXMLVerifier, TElXMLEncryptor, TElXMLDecryptor.
Formatter - XML formatter. This parameter is for internal use only. Set this parameter to nil/null/Nothing

Description

Call this method to add counter signature to the message. Pass an instance of TElXMLProcessor which will be used to countersign the document as Signer parameter.
