TElXMLCustomFormatter incapsulates functionality for XML elements formatting (events OnFormatElement and OnFormatText) in calls to TElXMLSigner.Save and TElXMLEncryptor.Save methods.
Description
This is a supplementary class for internal use only. User should not instantiate it, simply pass nil/null/nothing when TElXMLCustomFormatter object is required as a parameter.
