The number of records in the Part arrays.

This property controls the size of the following arrays:

• PartContentDisposition
• PartContentDispositionAttr
• PartContentId
• PartContentType
• PartContentTypeAttr
• PartDecodedFile
• PartDecodedString
• PartEncoding
• PartFilename
• PartHeaders
• PartName
• PartSize

The array indices start at 0 and end at PartCount-1.

This property is not available at design time.
