Connect Method

Connects to a remote host.

Syntax

public void Connect(string host, int port);

Remarks

This method connects to a remote host. Calling this method is equivalent to setting the RemoteHost property to Host, setting RemotePort to Port, and then setting the Connected property to True.

NOTE: This method has a corresponding asynchronous version (ConnectAsync) for use in the WinRT environment.
