Encrypts a buffer.

function Encrypt(Buffer: TBytes; StartIndex: Integer; Count: Integer): TBytes;

Remarks

Use this method to encrypt a byte array and get the protected message in another byte array.

Specify encryption keys in EncryptingKeys property, and/or encryption password via Passphrase property.
