Contains identifiers (OIDs) of the applicable certificate policies.

The Certificate Policies extension identifies a sequence of policies under which the certificate has been issued, and which regulate its usage.

The $encryptioncertindex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the EncryptionCertCount property.

This property is not available at design time.
