Phonebook Parameter (Get-RAS Cmdlet)
The phonebook to use for the operation.

Get-RAS -Phonebook string
Remarks
This parameter is valuable only in Windows NT 4.0 and higher where multiple phonebooks can be specified. If it is empty the default phonebook is used.
