Returns the key subject.

Returns the key subject. This is a cryptoprovider-dependent value,which normally aims to provide some user-friendly insight into thekey owner.

The SelectedKeyIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the SelectedKeyCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
